I have been working with Gunfire since 2016, where we worked together on a new development called West Hampstead Square, and I was impressed with the work quality and electronic method of recording their fire-stopping work.
We are now working together on Goodluck Hope, a development consisting of 804 new homes with commercial & educational space, and the Gunfire team continue to deliver high-quality workmanship, and prove to be both reliable and conscientious

The pre-commencement technical support was very good, and the contracts manager and site operatives are excellent, I would describe them as competent and easy to get along with. The works required a large amount of planning and organisation as we are working within occupied premises. I found the dedicated contracts manager Paul Suckling to be very helpful during the project.

This was my first time in dealing with Gunfire and I was very pleased with all aspects of their work including workmanship and operative's behaviour on site. Looking forward to the next one.

Gunite (Eastern) Ltd have carried out extensive work on one of our buildings, where concrete was crumbling and becoming a growing concern for the School. The company were quick to respond by putting fencing in place to ensure the safety of staff and pupils. Gunite have worked across the school holidays to achieve the best possible outcome for the School in a very short period of time, despite the cold weather. Gunite have kept us informed and there has been very little impact on school operations while the work continued. The outcome is better than we could ever have expected. The repairs have been completed to such a high standard that everyone has been commenting on how nice it looks. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff at Gunite and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Over the last two years, we have been working closely with Tom and the Gunfire team, and we have been impressed with their robust approach to delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover.

From a technical viewpoint, they are very effective at liaising with project stakeholders to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality work as a team. Because of this, we have awarded Gunfire the Passive Fire Protection package for Huntley Wharf, a development consisting of 765 high-quality properties, and we look forward to continuing this partnership.

I found Gunite to be organised and well managed. Their attitude toward health and safety was very good and the working RAMS were detailed and appropriate to the task being asked of them. The works were completed on time and to the required standards.

From start to finish the team have been very professional and worked with us to find the best, most cost effective solution available.
From a commercial position, there have been no issues, and executing the Subcontract was easy to agree and prompt sign off. When onsite the team worked around other trades and still got the works done in accordance with the programme that was agreed, which resulted in the follow on works being a success. There was an open and honest approach from both parties which resulted in an efficient and successful delivery of a top quality product.

Scaffold is down and the render is looking really good. Edmund and his team have done a really good job once again!
