Our Scope of Works

Concrete repair works to the soffits and fascias of the balcony walkway including additional strengthening supports under the walkways, above door openings and brickwork repair

Installation of the waterproofing system to the flat roof extensions including to walkways, balconies, and staircases

Replacement fascia, guttering, downpipes and all other associated works to the extensions, walkways and around bin chute areas

Installation of new balustrades throughout seven blocks including the installation of entrance gates

General decorations.
