Gunite Infrastructure have waterproofed 60 linear metres of flood defence retaining wall along the banks of the river Lugg, in Herefordshire.

Scope of Works
The stone built retaining wall was initially repaired, reinforced and tanked with the Sika 1 cementitious tanking system, and a polyurethane grout curtain was installed at approx. 3mtrs depth beneath the wall to prevent ground water from the flood plain entering adjacent properties.
